Minister of Tourism honours talented African rising stars
As South Africa marks the start to Women’s Month, Tourism Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane will attend a gala dinner tonight to honour young aspiring leaders who are pioneers in their chosen fields and contribute to the betterment of our country in an inspiring way.

Now in its eight year and sponsored by amongst others leading hotel group Hilton, the Rising Star Programme aims to be a significant and sustainable vehicle through which organisations, our country and the African continent can identify and nurture individuals who are set to play a key role in shaping the future of our country and our continent. It recognizes, celebrates and connects innovative young talent and has benefitted over 500 individuals in the past six years in South Africa and Kenya.

Minister Kubayi-Ngubane will present awards at the event, in the Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality Industry.
