Minister Kubayi-Ngubane attends THD24 launch
Tourism Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane will attend and make remarks at the launch of a new 24-hour streaming service, TH24.com, owned by entrepreneur and radio personality Thabo "Tbo Touch" Molefe this evening, 25 July 2019.

The first of it’s kind proudly South African THD24.com, created in partnership with the Gauteng Film Commission, will to go live on July 28 and proudly features content strictly produced by locals in all 11 officials languages. This platform will help to transform the socio-economic conditions of many young people seeking training and job opportunities which is one of the apex government priorities.

The Minister's address will focus on “The role of South African content and film in boosting tourism to local and international markets”. Tourism is one of the key drivers to grow the country’s economy and work is underway to ensure we more than double the international tourist arrivals to 21-million by 2030.
