​The Minister of Tourism Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane notes the outcome of the court which restrains the processing and making payments from the Tourism Equity Fund until the matter is finalised.

This follows an urgent application heard on 15 April 2021, brought by Afriforum and Solidarity who are opposed to the TEF.

The Minister intends to abide by this court order.
