Deputy Minister of Tourism, Ms. Elizabeth Thabethe, will host an Imbizo at the Ikageng Stadium in Potchefstroom on 14 June 2017.
Themed ‘Youth in Tourism’, the Imbizo will provide a platform for the Deputy Minister, the executives from the North West province and Presidency, to engage with the community on the initiatives and opportunities that exist in the Tourism sector for the youth, women and SMMEs.
The Imbizo will be preceded by a Tourism Career Expo that will be hosted by the North West Department of Tourism from 13 - 14 June 2017. More than four hundred (400) youth, aspiring entrepreneurs, and women are expected to attend the Expo and Imbizo.
