Minister Derek Hanekom will announce the members of the Legacy Committee who will serve as Service Excellence Ambassadors for the Dirapeng Group at a breakfast event that will be held at Madikwe – North West province. The breakfast event will be followed by an Imbizo.
The Dirapeng group recently participated in the Department’s Service Excellence Integrated Product Support programme. The programme aims to assist tourism products to develop a Service Excellence culture in terms of its operations and processes, through the application of the Service Excellence Strategy and Standards.
The Minister will also engage with the North West community on tourism issues. The focus will be on the progress made since his 2015 visit to the province.
