The Quarterly Tourism Fact Sheet provides quarterly performance of key global and national tourism indicators. The report includes amongst others the performance of key tourism related sub-sectors such as accommodation, food and beverages as well as estimates of direct jobs created through tourism. The Fact Sheet is updated on a quarterly basis based on the availability of data from secondary sources.
2. Monthly Reports on Tourist Arrivals to South Africa
The monthly reports on tourist arrivals are based on the analysis of tourist arrivals reported in the Tourism and Migration Reports released by Statistics South Africa (A) on a monthly basis. Furthermore, these reports provide a summary analysis of top ten overseas and African markets as well as of tourist arrivals by regions. These reports are updated and uploaded on a monthly basis in line with reports released by StatsSA.
