Introduction

Service Excellence e is an initiative driven by the National Department of Tourism and the Tourism Business Council of South Africa with the Click on the image, to share your experiences with us.view to:

  • Develop an integrated approach to service excellence for the tourism sector;
  • To rationalise efforts and develop a strategy that will guide service excellence in the sector; and
  • Create an enabling environment in developing a positive customer service culture.

The vision of the National Tourism Service Excellence Strategy (approved in 2011), is to build a Service Excellence Culture in the Tourism sector and value chain and this will be done through a number of interventions.
