​Deputy Minister of Tourism Fish Mahlalela will visit the Northern Cape Province to mobilise the community of ZF Mgcawu District to get vaccinated against COVID-19 this Vooma Vaccination Weekend on 12 and 13 November 2021.

The Vooma Vaccination Weekend aims to mobilise citizens and people living in South Africa to get vaccinated towards herd immunity.

As a District Development Model (DDM) Champion for ZF Mgcawu, Deputy Minister Mahlalela will also host engagements with community and religious leaders, youth and women organisations, tourism stakeholders, and NGOs to urge them to choose vaccination as their first line of defence against COVID -19.
