Tourism Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane, will visit schools in the Mpumalanga Province to welcome and support learners as they officially begin the first term of the 2021 school year.
The reopening of schools is a significant program in our calendar as a country. The Minister’s visit takes place as the country’s COVID-19 second wave statistics are steadily declining, and schools cautiously welcome learners back to institutions of learning. The visit aims to encourage learners and educators to adhere to COVID-19 health protocols, as part of government’s efforts to combat the pandemic.
