​In honour of Mandela Day later this week, The Deputy Minister of Tourism, Tokozile Xasa, together with some members of the community, will be spending their 67 minutes in cleaning and painting the home of an 82-year old pensioner, Vumile Ndlebende, in the Mbekweni Township close to Fort Jackson. This serves to reinforce the culture of Ubuntu and to celebrate the greatness and humanity of Nelson Mandela.
