Upington will
host another session of free Service Excellence workshops on 26-27
February and 04-05 March 2014. These workshops are a campaign by The
National Department of Tourism, in partnership with the Department of
Economic Development and Tourism, Northern Cape Tourism Authority and
//Khara Hais Municipality, in order to promote excellent service
delivery within the tourism sector. This week the skills workshops will
focus on Quality Assurance and the following week on Customer First.
These workshops are FREE and held over a period of 2 days for
Tourism and Non- Tourism businesses, at the Belurana Lodge, starting at
08h30.FREE transport will be provided from the //Khara Hais Municipality
offices from 08h00 at request.
